She said the council should consider directing <br />its portion of the fund to the needs it feels are greatest in Eugene. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue said she understands the logic of Ms. Wooten's comments. However, <br />she said they raise sensitive issues about the joint nature of the fund. She <br />said the groups need to re-think the entire program.
