Ms. Bascom said she is wary about the <br /> proposal. Ms. Ehrman said she is optimistic about the proposal's chances for <br /> improving on last year's process. <br /> Mr. Rutan made several recommendations to the key service areas: 1) Public <br /> Safety should be separated into three categories, Police, Fire, and Courts; <br /> 2) Cultural Services should be considered under Parks and Recreation; 3) <br /> Human Resources and Risk Services should be added; 4) a new and/or enhanced <br /> revenue area should be added.
