He requested that council <br /> establish the hearing date for November 28, 1988, rather than October 10, <br /> 1988, as shown on the agenda. <br /> Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, to call a public hearing <br /> for November 28, 1988, to consider a street vacation request by <br /> Robert Meltebeke (SV 88-4).
