Les Lyle, City Engineer, was <br /> available to answer questions. <br /> CB 4184--An ordinance levying assessments for paving, curbs, <br /> gutters, and sidewalks on Hickory Avenue from Garden <br /> Way to 140 feet west (south one-half of Hickory <br /> only). (Contract #89-04) <br /> CB 4185--An ordinance levying assessments for sanitary sewers <br /> in a portion of West 52nd Avenue beginning <br /> approximately at the west boundary of Solar Heights <br /> Subdivision and proceeding west for 350 feet. <br /> (Contract #89-07) <br /> Ms. Bascom moved, seconded by Mr. Bennett, to approve the <br /> Hearings Official's findings and recommendations of November <br /> 21, 1989, (Contracts 89-04 and 89-07) and that the bills, <br /> with unanimous consent of the council, be read the second <br /> time by council bill numbers only, and that enactment be <br /> considered at this time.
