Teresa Bishow, Planning and <br /> Development Department, reported that the council approved an ordinance <br /> concerning Metro Plan amendments related to the urban growth boundary <br /> expansion north of Awbrey Lane on September 25. Since that time, Lane County <br /> and Springfield have approved the amendments with four changes.
