Mr. Croteau said that the subject <br />property is located in the Bethel Triangle area, adjacent to the Oregon Electric <br />Railroad and Edison Street. He said that the property is owned by the City of <br />Eugene and is proposed as a part of the Trainsong Neighborhood Park. He stated <br />that the Planning Commission unanimously voted to recommend approval of this <br />change.
