Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Ms. Schue, that findings supporting the rezoning as set forth in Planning Commission staff notes and minutes of March 9, 1982, be adopted by reference thereto; that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council; and that enactment be considered at this time. He said that the property is owned by the City of Eugene and is proposed as a part of the Trainsong Neighborhood Park. He stated that the Planning Commission unanimously voted to recommend approval of this change.
