Consideration of Request for Modification of Agreement Re: <br />Cascade Steel Fabricators (Z 71-36) (map and background information <br />distributed) <br /> <br />The City Manager introduced Teresa Bishow. Ms. Bishow said this involves an <br />agreement with the owners of Cascade Steel Fabricators. The location noted in <br />the agreement is now zoned for industrial development and is in conformance with <br />the Metro Plan as revised in February 1982. The agreement that the City now has <br />with the owners of Cascade Steel Fabricators requires them to relocate before <br />1990. No. 3676--A resolution authorizing rescission of a May 1, <br />1973, agreement between the City of Eugene and <br />Dale M. Westside Neighborhood Quality Project Boundary Change Request (memo, <br />resolution, and charter distributed) <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason introduced Marilyn O'Dell, 750 Broadway, chair of the Westside <br />Neighborhood Quality Project. Ms. O'Dell said that at the last month's meeting <br />of the WNQP they adopted a change in boundary to coincide with the westerly <br />boundary of the Downtown Development District. This would change the east <br />boundary of the WNQP to abut the Downtown Development District.
