Storm Sewer Between Bailey Lane and Tandy Turn (affected property e on petition--assessable costs: storm sewers--total square foot- age/square footage petitioned, 189,800 feet~ 100%; City cost: storm sewer, $16,100). Res. 3684--A resolution authorizing storm sewer construction between Bailey Lane and Tandy Turn from Coburg Road to approximately 500 feet east of Coburg Road to serve Tax Lots 17-03-20-41-3300 and 17-03-20-41-7900 (2055). Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. F. Corrective Ordinance: Creation of Downtown Commission (ordinance distributed) Mr. Gleason said that no effective date had been included in the ordinance originally passed by the council and that this corrective ordinance would provide such a date. CB 2488--An ordinance concerning the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene; amending Ordinance 18970 to provide an effective date; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent e of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. Council Bill 2488 was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Obie moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote. All councilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18990. I I 1. PUBLIC HEARING: SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO.7 (memo, detail distributed) Mr. Gleason said that the Budget Committee had reviewed this item at its June 15, 1982, meeting. Public hearing was opened. There being no public testimony~ public hearing was closed.
