No. 3692--A resolution authorizing sanitary sewer construc- tion from East Bank trunk north to Centennial Boulevard to serve Tax Lot 17-03-29-3 0--02600, 17-03-29-4 0--00301, 00700, 00800, 00900, and 01000, and in Centennial Boulevard from 350 feet east of Centennial Loop to 4,500 feet east of Centennial Loop (2048). Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. 3. 5th Avenue (affected property on petition--assessable costs: sanitary sewer: 100 percent; City costs: none) Res. No. 3693--A resolution authorizing sanitary sewer construc- tion 200 feet south of 5th Avenue from McKinley Street to 200 feet east to serve Tax Lot 17-04-36- 2 2--02300, 02307, and 17-04-35-1 1--00900 (2052). Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. e F. Segregation of Assessments 1. Property located on east side of Lorella Avenue cul-de-sac west of Debrick Street; applicant: Don Haase (SE 82-3) Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to approve the segrega- tions of assessments as noted. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. 2. Property located north of 11th Avenue between Seneca and Stewart Road; applicant: Jerry Groesz, Cascade Escrow for Lane Electric Co-op (SE 82-4) Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to approve the segrega- tions of assessments as noted. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. G. Corrective Ordinance re: Supplemental Budget #7 (memo distributed) CB 2491--An ordinance concerning the budget; amending Ordinance No. 18991; and declaring an emergency. Ms. Miller moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the council, and that enactment be considered at this time. e Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously.
