Adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, was c~led to order by His Honor Mayor Gus Keller. I. APPOINTMENTS A. Mayor's Announcement of Sister City Committee Chair Announcement was postponed for a future council meeting. II. ROUTINE ITEMS FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL A. Consideration of City Council Minutes of January 26, 1983, and February 9, 1983, and Legislative Subcommittee Minutes of February 17, 1983. (minutes distributed) Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, to approve the City Council minutes of January 26, 1983, February 9, 1983, and the Legislative Subcommittee minutes of February 17, 1983. Roll call vote; motion carried unanimously. B. Improvement Petition for Paving, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer in Harem Subdivision (accessible costs: paving, total front footage and front footage petitioned--855.01 feet, 100 percent; sanitary sewer, total square footage--45,700, square footage petitioned-- 43,700 feet, 97 percent; storm sewer, 100 percent; City costs, none) City Manager Micheal Gleason said staff recommended adoption of the resolution. Res. No. 3753--A resolution authorizing street paving, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer construction in Harem Sub- division (1920). Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Obie, to adopt the resolution.
