<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Lindberg said that before money is spent, the City should answer three <br />questions: <br /> <br />1) Are we increasing the City of Eugene's tax base? <br /> <br />2) Are we increasing employment in the city? <br /> <br />3) Are we increasing income? <br /> <br />He also expressed concern about big companies not having a long-term commitment <br />to areas where they locate. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller gave the chair back to Mr. Stewart for some final remarks. One thing <br />Mr. Stewart wanted people not to overlook was that a bird in the hand is worth <br />two in the bush.
