<br /> Councilor Obie moved, seconded by Councilor Smith, that the bill <br /> e be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote. All coun- <br /> cilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and <br /> numbered 19167 <br /> CB 2664--An ordinance levying assessments for paving, sanitary <br /> sewer and storm sewer in Glenwood Boulevard from Glenwood <br /> Drive to 1,100 feet south, and in Moon Mountain Drive <br /> from Glenwood Boulevard to Laurel Hill Drive; and <br /> sanitary sewer to serve Tax Lots 18-03-03-02-01100, <br /> 01200, 01300, and 01302 (83-16). <br /> Councilor Obie moved, seconded by Councilor Smith, to postpone <br /> second reading until August 8, 1983. Roll call vote. The moti on <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> III. AMENDMENT TO RIVER ROAD-SANTA CLARA URBAN FACILITIES PLAN, JOINT <br /> RESOLUTION 3773 <br /> Mr. Gleason introduced Tom Hayes, Planning Department, who explained that the <br /> River Road-Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan Policy Committee, of which Councilors <br /> Holmer and Ball were members, had decided that it would like to add a sixth <br /> voting member, from the fifteen-member Citizen Advisory Team. He noted that the <br /> City of Springfield had passed a similar resolution. <br /> e Res. 3795--A resolution concerning the River Road-Santa Clara Urban <br /> Facilities Plan Policy Committee increasing the size <br /> of that committee from five to six voting members. <br /> Councilor Holmer moved, seconded by Councilor Ball, to adopt the <br /> resolution. <br /> Councilor Ball remarked that the participation of area residents was essential. <br /> Roll call vote. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPOINTMENTS: MAYOR'S NOMINATIONS TO THE FINANCIAL PLANNING COMMITTEE <br /> Councilor Obie moved, seconded by Councilor Holmer, to approve the <br /> Mayor's nomination to reappoint Councilors Cynthia Wooten and <br /> Betty Smith to the Financial Planning Committee for terms to <br /> expire July 1, 1985. <br /> Councilor Hansen, noting that this was an important committee, said that the <br /> council should receive regular reports. Councilor Schue remarked that there <br /> were staff reports available and that all councilors were welcome to attend the <br /> meetings. <br /> Roll call vote.
