He recommended <br /> the City Council adopt the Hearings Official findings by motion and then levy <br /> the assessments by council bill. Bert Teitzel, City Engineer, was available <br /> to answer questions. <br /> Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Ball, to approve the Hearings <br /> Official report and findings concerning the hearing held October <br />e 1, 1984. Levying Assessments <br /> CB 2782--An ordinance levying assessments for paving and side- <br /> walks on Roosevelt Boulevard from Highway 99 to Garfield <br /> Street (#83-18) (845). <br /> CB 2783--An ordinance levying assessments for sanitary sewer in <br /> Bertelsen Road from 300 feet south of 18th Avenue to <br /> Bailey Hill Road (#84-28) (1922). <br /> Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Ball, that the bills be read <br /> the second time by council bill numbers only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the City C~uncil, and that enactment be considered at <br /> this time.
