City Engineer Bert <br />Teitzel said the improvement would widen West 11th Avenue from Seneca Road <br />east. Correcting the announcement of the petition, he said the petition is <br />for 100 percent of the cost. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Res. No. 3915--A resolution authorizing paving, sanitary sewers, <br />storm sewers, and sidewalks on the north side of <br />West 11th Avenue from Tyinn Street to Seneca Road <br />(2192). <br /> <br />Ms. Wooten moved, seconded by Mr. Hansen, to adopt the <br />resolution.
