Staff has drafted language for review of <br /> - the Planning Commission at its December 16 meeting; the approved language <br /> will be distributed to council on December 18. <br /> 8. The Eugene Planning Commission recommends that the Funding section <br /> policies be reordered so that F4 becomes F1 (pageS). <br /> 9. The Eugene Planning Commission recommends Pkl (page 5) be rewritten to <br /> include the words "when necessary" . The implementation strategies would <br /> remain intact.
