Roll call vote; the motion carried, 6:0. <br /> <br />IV. ORDINANCE REGARDING THE EXTENSION OF THE SIGN CODE MORATORIUM <br /> <br />City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic. Marsha Miller, Planning and <br />Development Department, reported that the Planning Commission requested the <br />extension of the moratorium to avoid its expiring prior to the council's <br />review of the revised Sign Code.
