APPROVAL OF LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 13, 1990, AND <br />MOTIONS TO ENDORSE COUNTY CORRECTIONS LEVY AND STATE BALLOT MEASURE <br />NUMBER ONE <br /> <br />Ms. Schue reported that State Ballot Measure One is enabling legislation that <br />would allow broader use of vehicle registration fees. She noted that a <br />jurisdiction would be required to receive voter approval of a local vehicle <br />registration fee and that mass transit would be the only expanded use of <br />highway funds allowed. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to approve the <br />Legislative Committee minutes of February 13, 1990. Roll <br />call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 6:0. <br /> <br />Res. No. 4172--A resolution in support of the Lane County <br />Corrections Levy on the March 27, 1990, ballot. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue moved, seconded by Mr. Holmer, to adopt the <br />resolution.
