No. 952--A resolution adopting a Supplemental Budget; making appropriation for the Urban Renewal Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1990, and ending June 30, 1991. . Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to adopt the resolu- tion. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 6:0. Councilor Rutan adjourned the meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency and recon- vened the meeting of the Eugene City Council. X. FINDING AND RECOMMENDATION OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR CONTRACTS 89-38, 90-02, AND 90-04 City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic. Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, to approve the Hear- ings Official's findings and recommendations of March 18, 1991. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 6:0. e CB 4296--An ordinance levying assessments for traffic signal at the intersection of Coburg Road and Chad Drive; and declaring an emergency (Contract 89-38). CB 4297--An ordinance levying assessments for paving and side- walks on Avalon Street from 100 feet west of Dola Street to Danebo Street; and declaring an emergency (Contract 90-02). CB 4298--An ordinance levying assessments for sanitary sewers in Cross Street from Garfield Street to 600 feet west of Garfield Street; and declaring an emergency (Con- tract 90-04). Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Ms. Ehrman, that the bills, with unanimous consent of the council, be read the second time by council bill number only, and that enactment be considered at this time. Roll call vote; the motion carried unanimously, 6:0. Council Bills 4296, 4297, and 4298, were read the second time by number only.
