CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. Approval of City Council Minutes of May 13, 1991, Dinner Work <br /> Session; May 13, 1991, Meeting; and May 29, 1991, Lunch Work Ses- <br /> sion <br />e B. Approval of Minutes, Findings, and Recommendations of Hearings <br /> Official and Adoption of Resolution Forming a Local Improvement <br /> District for Paving, Curbs, Sidewalks, Storm Drain, and <br /> Streetlights on Green Acres Road from Norkenzie Road to Delta <br /> Highway (Job No. 2647) <br /> Res. No. 4262--A resolution forming a local improvement dis- <br /> trict for paving, curbs, sidewalks, storm <br /> drain, and streetlights on Green Acres Road <br /> from Norkenzie Road to Delta Highway. <br /> Mr. Boles noted a spelling error in the minutes of May 13, 1991, dinner work <br /> session. He asked that "Major Defoe" be spelled consistently throughout. <br /> Referring to page 3, paragraph 3 of those minutes, regarding Blue Water <br /> Boats, Ms. Bascom also asked that the minutes be amended to reflect that "she <br /> concurred with the decisions of the three Planning Commissions and a site <br /> visit convinced her." <br /> Referring to the last sentence, last paragraph, on page 7, in the minutes of <br /> May 13, 1991, meeting, Mr. Boles asked that the minutes be corrected to state <br /> the following: "In that case, the full cost of the improvements would be <br /> credited up to the amount of the SDC." <br />e <br /> MINUTES--Eugene City Council July 22, 1991 Page 1 <br />
