(Offered by <br />Mr. Boles.) <br /> <br />Mr. Boles said that council would decide how the process is working at the <br />end of this evening's meeting and would also evaluate how much time it needs <br />to complete the process. <br /> <br />Mr. Gleason said that the biggest problem with a service level change is that <br />it has to be driven by a policy change. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles reminded councilors that they need to deal with the issue of <br />sustainability. <br /> <br />Mr. Boles said that the council Committee on Eugene Decisions would meet <br />after today's meeting to review material it had requested.
