PUBLIC HEARING: ANNEXATION/REZONING REQUEST fOR PROPERTY lOCATED IN <br />THE WIllAKENZIE AREA (DISMORE, AZ 91-17) <br /> <br />City Manager Mike Gleason introduced the topic. Cathy Czerniak, Planning and <br />Development Department, summarized the code criteria for annexations and zone <br />changes and asked that these criteria be entered into the record for the next <br />item as well. <br /> <br />Mayor Miller opended the public hearing. There being no requests to speak, <br />the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Res. No. 4312--A resolution furthering annexation to the city <br />of Eugene and the lane County Metropolitan Service <br />District for property located between Honeywood <br />Street and County farm/Locke Road, north of Bonnie <br />View Drive, including portions of Oowning Street and <br />Devon Avenue rights-of-way. <br /> <br />final Order AZ 91-17--A final order rezoning the property from <br />County AG/UL to City R-l/SR. The final <br />order includes a provision for removing <br />the Site Review Subdistrict upon City <br />Council final approval of the <br />Willakenzie Refinement Plan. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Boles moved, seconded by Mr. Green, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion and final order. There was one request to speak from <br />Jim Saul, the applicant's representative. In recognition of the lateness of <br />the hour, Mr. Saul passed. <br /> <br />Res. No. 4313--A resolution furthering annexation to the city <br />of Eugene and the lane County Metropolitan <br />Service District for property located on the <br />north side of Bonnie View Orive between County <br />Farm/Locke Road and Sarah lane. <br /> <br />Final Order AZ 92-01--A final order rezoning the property from <br />County AG/Ul to City R-l/SR.
