1. Notwithstanding any other Administrative Order to the contrary, the area depicted <br />on the map attached to this Order as Exhibit A, and as described specifically below, is established <br />as commuter permit parking Zone D. <br />Orchard Street: East side of Orchard Street between Franklin Boulevard and E. <br />15th Avenue <br />Walnut Street: Both sides of Walnut Street between Franklin Boulevard and E. <br />15th Avenue <br />E. 15th Avenue: Both sides of the portion of East 15th Avenue between the east <br />side of Orchard and the west side of Walnut Streets <br />E. 15th Avenue: North side of E. 15th Avenue between the east side of Villard <br />Street and the west side of Orchard Street. <br />Orchard Street: East side of Orchard Street from E. 15th Avenue south for <br />approximately 233 feet along R3/R4 zoned properties <br />Walnut Street: West side of Walnut Street from E. 15th Avenue south for <br />approximately 199 feet along R3/R4 zoned properties <br />Mill Street: West side of Mill Street between 18th Avenue and 19th Avenue <br />19th Avenue North side of 19th Avenue between Mill Street and High Street <br />2. The portion of commuter permit parking Zone D described below and depicted on <br />the map attached as Exhibit A to this Order, shall allow 1 -hour public parking between 7:00 a.m. <br />and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, except legal holidays and except commuter permit <br />parking Zone D permitted vehicles. <br />E. 15th Avenue: Both sides of the portion of East 15th Avenue between the east <br />side of Orchard and the west side of Walnut Streets <br />Orchard Street: East side of Orchard Street from E. 15th Avenue south for <br />approximately 233 feet along R3/R4 zoned properties <br />Walnut Street: West side of Walnut Street from E. 15th Avenue south for <br />approximately 199 feet along R3/R4 zoned properties <br />3. The portion of commuter permit parking Zone D described below and depicted on <br />the map attached as Exhibit A to this Order, shall allow 1 -hour public parking between 7:00 a.m. <br />and 11:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday (7 days per week, including legal holidays), except for <br />Zone D permitted vehicles. <br />E. 15th Avenue North side of E. 15th Avenue between the east side of Villard <br />Street and the west side of Orchard Street. <br />Administrative Order -- Page 2 of 3 <br />
