Planning Commission staff notes and minutes of February 4, 1975 <br />were entered as part of this record by reference thereto- <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 745 - Zoning newly-annexed area in vicinity of Dillard Road, <br />East 43rd Avenue, South Shasta Loop to RA Suburban <br />Residential was read by council bill number and title only, there being no <br />council member present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Murray moved seconded by Mr. Hamel that findings supporting <br />the zoning as set out in Planning Commission staff notes and <br />minutes of February 4, 1975 be adopted by reference thereto; that <br />the council bill be read the second time by council bill number only, <br />with unanimous consent of the Council; and that enactment be considered <br />at this time. Motion carried unanimously, and the bill was read the <br />second time by council bill number only. <br /> <br />Mr. Murray moved seconded by Mr. Hamel that the bill be approved and <br />given final passage. Rollcall vote. All council members present <br />voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 17262. <br /> <br />F. Vacations <br />1. Dillard Road and Fox Hollow Road intersection and renaming streets accordingly <br />(City)(SV 74-4) - Recommended by the Planning Commission on October 21, 1974. <br />Carried over from the February 24, 1975 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Manager described the realignment of Fox Hollow and Dillard Roads to accommodate <br />improvement of the intersection, making the old right-of-way unnecessary. He <br />said the project was completed and the vacation would clear the records. <br /> <br />Public hearing was held with no testimony presented. <br /> <br />Manager noted phone call received from Mrs. Bertha King objecting to change <br />in her street address as a result of the intersection improvement. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 737 - Vacating Dillard Road and Fox Hollow Road <br />intersection was read by council bill number and <br />title only, there being no council member present requesting that it <br />be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Murray moved seconded by Mr. Hamel that the bill be read the second time by <br />council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that <br />enactment be considered at this time.
