Housing Rehabilitation Program - Copies of letter notifying owners of su~- <br /> standard housing that tunds are available under Section 312 of the Housing <br /> Act of 1964 were distributed to Council members with the agenda. Thi.s <br /> program provides for housing rehabi Ii tation loans at 3% interest fro;.l :unds <br />e totaling about $300,000.
