Councilman Bradley thought the motion would be setting precedent, that tit <br /> perhaps it would be better to stick with the original design and allocate costs in <br /> saome,fair manner so that the project would go ahead this year. He didn't want to <br /> see the improvement scrapped only because of the assessment procedure. <br /> Vote was taken on the motion as stated.
