Correction to FebrudrlJ 11 Committee Minutes - ].Jr. Williams noted an error <br />in the 2/11/76 CoiTUTli.ttee minutes, Item VI - "Consideration of Jaywalking <br />Report". He referred to the statement, "ColL'1cilman Williams feels it is <br />appro[-riate to have a law on the books that is not enforced. Appointrrents to Four New Human Rights Commdssions - Rosters of those persons <br />selected for all four comrndssions were distributed to Council with the <br />agenda. Mr. Keller noted Women's Commdssion alternates Glenda Utsey and <br />Janice Brandstrom were not listed on that commdssion's roster. Both Mayor <br />Anderson and Mr. Keller expressed appreciation for the diligent work of <br />the Council in the selection process. <br /> <br />Comm <br />2/18/76 <br />File <br /> <br />S. Revenue Subcommi ttee Meetin~ - Mayor Anderson announced a meeting of the revenue Comm <br />subcommi ttee of the Budget Committee to be held February 18 at 7: 30 p.m. at 2/18/76 <br />City Hal] to consider testimony received on the proposed business tax. File <br /> <br />T. Liquor License - Jots Market, 1976 Roosevelt Boulevard <br />Manager explained that this item was added to the consent calendar to meet <br />scheduled OLCC meeting. Staff had no objections to the change of ownership. Approve <br /> <br />Councilman Williams noted his intent to abstain from voting on this item. <br /> <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws to approve, affirm, and file <br />as noted Items A through T. Rollcall vote.
