<br />City Attorney, noted a possible problem with the quasi~judicial ordinance. If
<br />a decision is being made based on the August, '1973, public hearing, then each
<br />Council member not present at that time would have to revjew all testimony befqre
<br />any decisions are made.

<br />for preparation of a report on what options are available.
