<br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present,:for.enactment of the <br />emergency clause. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1118 - Sanitary sewer and storm sewer within Inger Park Subdivision <br />and within 160 feet of east boundary of Inger Park Subdivi- <br />sion (1180), was read by council bill number and title only, there being no Council <br />member present requesting that it. be read in full. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Bealthat the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 11)9 - Adopting plans and specifications for sanitary sewer and storm <br />sewer within Inger Park Subdivision (1180), was read by <br />council bill number and title only, there being no Council member present requesting <br />that it be read -in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council me~bers present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause. Motion carried Hnanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1120 - Paving streets within 8th Addition to Bar M Ranch (1283) <br />was read by council bill number and title only, there being <br />no Council member present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bfll be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause.
