<br />Council Bill No. 1124 - Paving streets within 2nd Addition to Firland Heights (1274) <br />was read by council bill number and title only, there being <br />no Council member present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />~ Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1125 - Adopting plans and specifications for paving streets within <br />2nd Addition to Firland Heights (1274) was read by council . <br />bill number and title only, there bein~ no Council member present requesting that it <br />be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1126 - Sanitary sewer and storm sewer within 2nd Addition to Firland <br />Heights and within 160 feet of east boundary of 2nd Addition <br />to Firland Heights (1274) was read by council bill number and title only, there being <br />rto Council member present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1128 - Paving streets within Whitford Subdivision (1249) was read <br />by council bill number and title only, there being no council <br />member present requesting that it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved second by Mrs. Beal that the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Bill No. 1129 - Adopting plans and specifications for paving streets within <br />Whitford Subdivision (1249) was read by council bill number <br />and title only, there being no Council member present requesting that the bill be <br />read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved seeond by Mrs. Beal that the bill be held for second reading and passage on <br />May 24, 1976, lacking two-thirds majority of Council members present for enactment of the <br />emergency clause.
