Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read <br />the second time by council bill number only. <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that the bill be approved and given final <br />passage. Rollcall vote. All Council members present voting aye, the bill was <br />declared passed and numbered 17683. <br />(c) North side of Capital Drive, east of Spring Boulevard and Cresta de Ruta - <br />From County RA to City RA (City)(Z 76-13) <br />Jim Saul, planner, said the Planning Commission recommended RA zoning, the <br />same as adjoining properties, on this small lot annexed in August 1975. <br /> No ex parte contacts or reasons for conflict of interest were <br /> declared by Council members.
