<br /> Council Bill No. 1168 - Zoning newly annexed area at northeast corner of <br /> Crescent Street and Gilham Road to RA was read <br />. by council bill number and title only, there being no Council member present <br /> requesting that it be read in full. <br /> Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that findings supporting the zoning as set <br /> out in Planning Commission staff notes and minutes of June 1, 1976 be adopted <br /> by reference thereto; that the bill be read the second time by council bill <br /> number only, with unanimous consent of the Council; and that enactment be con- <br /> sidered at this time. RA zoning would be compatible with other zoning <br /> in the area. <br /> No ex parte contacts or reasons for conflict of interest were de- <br /> clared by Council members. Existing right-of-way is already vacated, he said. <br /> No ex parte contacts of reasons for conflict of interest were declared <br /> by Council members. Planning Commission staff notes and minutes of <br /> June 1, 1976 were received as part of this record. <br />.
