<br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that findings supporting the rezoning as <br />set out in Planning Commission staff notes and minutes of June 1, 1976 be <br />adopted by ~eference thereto; that the bill be read the second time by council -- <br />bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council; and that enactment <br />be considered at this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read <br />the second time by council bill number only. <br />Mr. Keller moved second by Mr. Haws that the bill be approved and given final <br />passage. ROllcall vote. PUD Regulations Revisions - Planning COmnUssion meIlD has been distributed <br /> to Council outlining proposed revisions. Also distributed were copies of <br /> ordinances and resolutions that would effect the revisions and make related <br /> changes in the code. A committee has studied the matter for approximately <br /> two years and there are various substanti ve changes. <br /> Mr. Keller wondered if any builders were invo1 ved in the study process, and <br /> Assistant Planning Director said that, during the entire process, staff <br /> worked closely with'the Homebuilders Association as well as the American <br /> Institute of Architects and neighborhood groups. <br /> Mr. Chenkin replied to Mr. Williams that staff did not expect the revisions <br /> to be too highly contested. <br /> Mr. Keller l10ved seconded by Mr. Haws to set a hearing for July _e <br /> 26.
