<br />. <br /> -- <br />e XII - State Ballot Measure No. 12 - Proposed statement of the Eugene city Council <br />Com 9/15/76 has been distributed to council members. <br />I.pprove Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Keller to accept the proposed <br />~. <br /> statement. Mbtion carried unanimously. <br />XIII - Quasi-Judicial Hearings Set for September 20, 1976 - Planning COmRUssion <br />Com 9/15/76 recommended August 3. Reports and maps have been distributed to Council. <br />Pub Hrg A. Rezoning of area located at the southwest corner of 11th and Patterson <br /> from R-4 to H Historic District (Calkins House)(Z 76-1) <br /> B. Rezoning of area located on the east side of Willamette between Seventh <br /> and Eighth Avenues, from C-3 to H Historic District (Smeede Hotel)(Z 76-26) <br /> C. Rezoning of area located at the northeast corner of Fifth and Willamette - <br /> from C-3 to H Historic District (Oregon Electric Depot)(Z 76-27) <br /> Mr. Haws, moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to approve, affirm, and file Items A through <br /> Q as noted. Rollcall vote. Motion carried unanimously. <br />4ItIV. Ordinances <br />. The following council bill, read the first and second time on November 24, 1969, <br /> and held pending agreement between the city and Robert Suess concerning considerations <br /> about the vacation, is brought back for final reading and approval. <br /> C.B. 9029 - Vacating 36th Avenue from east margin of Hilyard to west margin <br /> of West Amazon Drive, subject to reservation of utility easement <br /> was read by council bill number and title only, there being no <br /> council member present ,requesting it be read in full. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be approved and given final <br /> passage. Rollcall vote. All Council members present voting aye, the bill was <br /> declared passed and numbered 17767. <br />V. Resolutions <br /> Res. No. 2562 - Concerning Oregon State Implementation Plan (field burning) was <br /> read by number and title. <br /> Mr. ~aws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. Motion carried <br /> unanlmously. <br /> Res. No. 2563 - Authorizi~g accept~nce of grant amendment in the amount of $7,900.27 <br /> (ADAP ProJect No. 8-41-0018-02), Airport Improvement was read by <br />_. number and title.
