Comm <br /> 10/13/76 <br /> Mr. Keller moved seconded by Mr. Haws to call a public hearing for Approve <br /> December 13. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> D. ~ibrary Board Request for Funding Parking Lot Drainage Improvements - Memos <br /> from Librarian and Public Works Maintenance have been distributed to Council. <br /> The cost of repairing the malfunctioning drainage in the library parking lot <br /> would be $3,781.00 - to be appropriated from the contingency fund. <br /> Comm <br /> Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Hamel to approve the transfer of 10/13/76 <br /> funds. Motion carried unanimously. Approve <br /> E. City Affirmative Action Report - Distributed to Council. It is suggested <br /> that the report be referred to the Human Rights Council for their review <br /> with referral back to the City Council. Comm <br /> Mr. Keller moved seconded by Mr. Williams to send the report 10/20/76 <br /> to the Human Rights Council for review. Motion carried unanimously. Approve <br /> F. November 2 Ballot Measure on Jail Bond Issue - Dave Jordan, Police <br /> Department, has written a summary of the changes in the jail proposal <br /> from the last election to the present one. That summary has been distributed <br /> to Council. <br /> Comm <br />e Mr. Keller moved seconded by Mr. Williams to approve the proposal 10/20/76 <br /> to be on the November 2 ballot. Motion carried unanimously. Approve <br /> G. Applica tion for Assessment Segregation - South of Buck between 18th and 25th _ <br /> Worldwide Church of God. <br /> Comm <br /> Mr. Keller moved seconded by Mr. Williams to approve. Motion 10/20/76 <br /> carried unanimously. Approve <br /> H. Liquor License Applications <br /> Changes of Ownership <br /> 1. 7-11 Store, 29th and Willamette - Southland Corporation (PS) <br /> Adding partner: Richard and Dorothy Hardy <br /> 2. 7-11 Store, 2270 West 18th - Southland Corporation (PS) <br /> Changing partner: Donald and Marcia Cook Comm <br /> 3. Stadium Club, 375 East 7th - Allen and Doris Casady (RMB) 10/20/76 <br /> Mrs. Beal moved seconded by Mr. Approve <br /> Williams to approve. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> I.Abatement at 1442 Pearl - Resolution 2946 - a memo and letter have been distributed <br /> to Council in which Mr. Link has requested an extension of time. Staff recommends <br /> that a 3-month extension be granted if acquisition of the property is completed <br /> within 10 days. <br />e Mrs. Bea1 moved seconded by Mr. Keller to approve staff's recommendation.
