Paving, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer within lst Addition to <br />Lexington Park; assessment totally within subdivision; no city <br />costs. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to approve the petitions. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Change of traffic from one-way to two-way on Orchard and Walnut between <br />Franklin and Fairmount <br />Map has been distributed to Council members. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to schedule a public <br />hearing for April 11, 1977. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Amendments to City Zoning Code, Sections 9.476 through 9.482, Estab- <br />lishing Mixed-Use Zoning District <br />Jim Saul, Planner, said that a summary of the issues discussed at the <br />Planning Commission meetings on this matter will be mailed to Council <br />members at the end of this week. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel to schedule a public <br />hearing on the matter for March 14. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Consideration of Use of Countercyclical Funds <br />Report was transmitted to Council members February 23, 1977. Manager <br />noted that, at the last Committee-of-the-Whole meeting, items 2, 4, <br />and 5 were approved by Council. As discussed at the February 23 <br />meeting, the money can be spent according to federal regulations and <br />city guidelines. It would, of course, be audited as are all federal <br />funds. Funds have to be committed within six months from the date of <br />receipt of the money. Additionally, the funding is supposed to go <br />to sustaining programs that the city has had over the past two years. <br /> <br />Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Hr.
