Alley vacation located east/west alley between Broadway Street and West <br /> 10th Avenue from Monroe Street to Adams Street and retaining public <br /> utility easement (City of Eugene) (AV 77-1) <br /> C.B. 1506--Calling hearing August 10, 1977 re: alley vacation located <br /> east/west alley between Broadway Street and West 10th Avenue <br /> from Monroe Street to Adams Street and retaining public <br /> utility easement was read by number and title only, there <br /> being no Council member present requesting it be read in full. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that C.B. 1506 be read <br /> the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous <br /> consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at <br /> this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read <br /> the second time by council bill number only. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, that the bill be approved <br /> and given final passage.
