South side of Whitbeck and west end of vacated Brawner Boulevard, <br /> SE 77-13, William E. Shehan. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to approve the segregation. <br /> Mayor Keller noted receipt of a memo from Attorney's Office indicating <br /> roll call votes should be taken on appropriate motions. <br /> Vote was taken on the motion with Haws, Hamel, Williams, Bradley, <br /> Delay, Lieuallen, Obie, and Smith voting aye. <br /> III. Improvement Petitions <br /> Before reading the improvement petitions, Manager said on Resolution No. <br /> 2736 that 520.12 feet of frontage outside of the City limits would <br /> not be assessed. <br /> Res. No. 2734--Authorizing initiating process for paving, sanitary sewer <br /> and storm sewer to serve 1st Addition to Bonner Subdivision <br /> (1455) was read by number and title. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. <br /> Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously with Councilors Haws, <br /> Hamel, Williams, Bradley, Delay, Lieuallen, Obie, and Smith voting <br /> aye. <br />e Res. No. 2735--Authorizing initiating process for street paving on Balfour <br /> Street adjacent to Tax Lots 17-03-17-32-2605 and 2615 was read <br /> by number and title. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resoluton. <br /> Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously with Councilors Haws, <br /> Hamel, Williams, Bradley, Delay, Lieuallen, Obie, and Smith voting <br /> aye. <br /> Res. No. 2736--Authorizing initiating process for paving Crescent Avenue <br /> from Gilham Road to 800 feet west (1490) was read by <br /> number and title. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to adopt the resolution. <br /> Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously with Councilors Haws, <br /> Hamel, Williams, Bradley, Delay, Lieuallen, Obie, and Smith voting <br /> aye. <br /> IV. Liquor License Application--Ken and Sue's Taco Tap, 2750 Roosevelt Blvd. <br /> (RMB), Change of Ownership, Kenneth Hillsberry, Applicant. <br /> Mr. Haws moved, seconded by Mr. Hamel, to recommend approval and <br /> forward to OLCC.
