No. 2926--Authorizing conveyance of easement as shown on attached <br />'Exhibit IIA" to Hendricks Hill Development Corporation, was <br />read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Bradley moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Res. No. 2927--Authorizing execution of Bargain and Sale Deed as shown <br />on Exhibits II A" and "B" to Ci ty of Eugene for street <br />improvement (25th and Hawkins Lane; 27th and City View), <br />was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Bradley moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Res. Motion carried unanimously. 4It <br /> <br />IX. Improvement Petitions <br /> <br />Manager noted approval of these would eliminate a major problem for the <br />City. Don Allen said the money used by the City for this project would be <br />coming from systems development tax funds. <br /> <br />Res. No. 2929--Authorizing initiating process for storm! sewer construc- <br />tion in Dillard Road from 43rd Avenue to 300 feet southeast <br />of 43rd Avenue; and 100 feet to 300 feet south of 43rd <br />Avenue from Dillard Road to 800 feet east (1618), was read <br />by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Bradley moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Res. No. 2930--Authorizing initiating process for street paving on Dillard <br />Road from East Amazon Drive to 43rd Avenue; and street <br />paving and storm sewer construction on 43rd Avenue and <br />North Shasta loop from Dillard Road to existing paving on <br />North Shasta loop (1351), was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Bradley moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to adopt the resolu- <br />tion.
