Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2005. Requires supervision of sprinkler fitter apprentice <br /> by journeyman sprinkler fitter. Allows municipal enforcement of sprinkler fitter license <br /> and apprentice supervision requirements. Imposes civil penalty, not to exceed $5,000 <br /> per offense or $1,000 per day for continuing offense, for violation of license <br /> HB 2428 2 Oppose/Am supervision requirements or related department rules. 4/07 <br /> Authorizes school districts to activate urban renewal agencies and adopt urban <br /> HB 2440 2 Oppose renewal plans for purpose of funding school construction and improvements. 2/24 <br /> { - Authorizes circuit court to place probationer under supervision of court.
