2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 <br /> <br /> Increases punishment for crime of invasion of personal privacy to maximum of five <br /> years' imprisonment, $125,000 fine, or both. Punishes by maximum of 10 <br /> lears' imprisonment, $250,000 fine, or both. Reclassifies existing crimes of criminal <br /> mistreatment. Creates crime of endangering welfare of minor in first degree. <br /> Punishes by maximum of 20 years' imprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. Expands <br /> circumstances under which murder is aggravated murder. Creates crime of dumping <br /> methamphetamine waste. Punishes by maximum of 20 years' imprisonment, <br /> $375,000 fine, or both. Creates crime of operating methamphetamine laboratory. <br /> Punishes by maximum of 20 years' imprisonment, $375,000 fine, or both. Creates <br /> crime of distribution of equipment, solvent, reagent or precursor substance with intent <br /> to facilitate manufacture of controlled substance. Punishes by maximum of 10 years' <br /> ~mprisonment, $250,000 fine, or both. Creates crime of unlawful possession of lithium <br /> metal or sodium metal. Punishes by maximum of one year's imprisonment, $6,250 <br /> fine, or both. Provides that person possesses controlled substance if person is under <br /> HB 2485 2 Support influence of controlled substance.
