Refers <br /> proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at special election held <br /> H JR 0010 2 SuppOrt on same date as next primary election. 4/21 <br /> Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to permit school districts to impose <br /> temporary property taxes that would not be subject to constitutional property tax limits <br /> in order to fund kindergarten classes. Requires tax revenues to be used only for <br /> kindergarten. Requires approval by voters in election that satisfies double majority <br /> voter participation requirements or is general election in even-numbered year. Refers <br /> proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at special election held <br /> H JR 0037 2 Support on same date as next primary election. 4/14 <br /> Extends sunset of underground storage tank fee.
