Establishes Reimbursement <br /> Account within trust fund. Continuously appropriates moneys in account to <br /> Department of Land Conservation and Development for distribution to public entities <br /> for reimbursement for payment of claims under Ballot Measure 37 (2004). <br /> Establishes Public Parks Account within trust fund. Continuously appropriates interest <br /> on moneys in account to Department of Land Conservation and Development for <br /> distribution to cities for purchase of new public park space. Requires corpus of <br /> account to be invested. Creates environmental investment trust registration plate. <br /> Imposes $15 surcharge for registration plate. Directs that moneys from surcharge on <br /> registration plate be transferred to trust fund. Appropriates moneys from General <br /> Fund to Department of Transportation for purpose of initiating environmental <br /> ~nvestment trust registration plate program. Directs Department of Revenue to <br /> establish charitable checkoff on personal income tax return forms or instructions for <br /> HB 3411 2 Support/Am checkoff contributions to Environmental Investment Trust Fund. Authorizes deposit of 5/05 <br /> Imposes tax on diesel fuel. Increases truck registration fees. Repeals weight mile <br /> HB 3447 2 Monitor tax and flat fees. 4/28 <br /> Prohibits regulation that prohibits or restricts religious or educational use of real <br /> )roperty owned or leased by public body, religious organization or nonprofit <br /> educational organization. Allows reasonable regulation of physical characteristics of <br /> HB 3474 2 Oppose authorized uses. 5/26 <br /> Establishes regional land use planning commissions.
