Allows State Parks and Recreation <br /> Department to use lottery moneys to finance acquisition of land and easements in <br /> SB 0653 2 Support Willamette River Greenway. 4/14 <br /> Requires owner of private real property zoned for forest use or mixed farm and forest <br /> use to comply with provisions of Oregon Forest Practices Act as in effect on <br /> December 2, 2004. Bars claim for compensation under chapter 1, Oregon Laws <br /> 2005, based on land use regulation that is part of Oregon Forest Practices Act as in <br /> SB 0654 2 Support effect on December 2, 2004. Declares emergency, effective on passage. 3/17 <br /> Requires city or county to take final action on application for permit, limited land use <br /> decision or zone change within 90 days after application is deemed complete, with <br /> SB 0657 2 Oppose specified exceptions. 3/09 <br /> Prohibits storage or disposal of hazardous materials and radioactive materials at <br /> solid waste disposal sites established in exclusive farm use zones. Prohibits storage <br /> or disposal of solid waste, hazardous materials or radioactive materials at sites in <br /> exclusive farm use zones on which land application of reclaimed water, agricultural or <br /> SB 0681 2 Oppose/Am industrial process water or biosolids is allowed. 3/24 <br /> Prohibits annexation or incorporation of specified industrial lands without written <br /> consent of landowner. Declares that specified industrial lands annexed or <br /> incorporated with consent of landowner retain in perpetuity development rights that <br /> apply when land is annexed or incorporated. Declares emergency, effective on <br /> SB 0699 2 Oppose passage. 3/09 <br /> Prohibits facially neutral housing policy that adversely impacts disabled persons or <br /> other persons due to their race, color, sex, marital status, source of income, familial <br /> status, religion or national origin to greater extent than it adversely impacts persons <br /> generally. Prohibits discrimination against disabled person or discrimination due to <br /> race, color, sex, marital status, source of income, familial status, religion or national <br /> origin by multiple listing service, real estate brokers' organization or other service, <br /> organization or facility relating to business of selling or renting dwellings. Requires <br /> Commissioner of Bureau of Labor and Industries to investigate complaint of <br /> discrimination within 30 days of filing of complaint.
