Changes time limits for <br /> imposition of penalties for late registration and renewal of registration. Authorizes <br /> HB 2068 3 Support imposition of civil penalty for failure to register or renew registration of aircraft. 2/11 <br /> Grants legislative approval of authority for Department of State Lands to administer <br /> permits for discharge of dredge or fill materials under Section 404 of Federal Water <br /> HB 2082 3 Monitor Pollution Control Act. Declares emergency, effective on passage. 2/11 <br /> Eliminates requirement that seller of property with water right notify Water Resources <br /> Department of sale. Repeals requirement that person owning property on which well <br /> is drilled record information on well in deed records. Repeals provisions relating to <br /> water use registration when use is for wetland, stream or riparian restoration or storm <br /> HB 2083 3 Monitor water management. 2/17 <br /> HB 2109 3 Support Revises laws regarding driver duties to certain pedestrians. 2/24 <br /> Allows Department of Transportation to establish, or delegate authority to establish, <br /> designated speed on highways by process established by rule. Declares emergency, <br /> HB 2116 3 Support effective on passage. 2/01 <br /> Directs Water Resources Commission to adopt rules for modifying certificates of <br /> registration of rights to appropriate ground water. Directs commission to adopt fees. <br /> Repeals sunset of consent to injury provisions relating to water uses subject to <br /> HB 2123 3 Neutral transfer. Declares emergency, effective on passage. 3/09 <br /> Requires Director of Employment Department, when one employer transfers trade <br /> or business to another employer, to recalculate tax rates of employers based on <br /> transfer of unemployment experience attributable to transferred trade or business. <br /> Prohibits person from engaging in activity to transfer or acquire trade or business <br /> solely or primarily for purpose of obtaining lower tax rate. Prohibits person from <br /> HB 2124 3 Monitor advising another person about such activity. Provides civil and criminal penalties. 2/11 <br /> Expands authority of Governor to assign fire-fighting resources across jurisdictional <br /> HB 2155 3 Oppose boundaries when certain conditions exist. 2/17 <br /> Authorizes local governments by ordinance to require fingerprinting of certain <br /> persons for purposes of criminal records checks. Provides that authorized agency <br /> may request state and nationwide criminal records checks from Department of State <br /> Police. Requires authorized agency to adopt rules to implement criminal records <br /> check authority. Defines 'authorized agency.
