Modifies requirement that contracts <br /> for conducting municipal audits be provided to Secretary of State. Modifies language <br /> HB 2166 3 Support to conform with current usage. 2/11 <br /> HB 2173 3 Support Repeals Digital Signature Act. Repeals registry of international trade consultants. 3/09 <br /> Reduces blood alcohol content that constitutes being under influence of intoxicants <br /> to 0.05 percent for persons who, in 15 years prior to current offense, have <br /> participated in diversion program or have been convicted of driving while under <br /> HB 2183 3 Support influence of intoxicants. 2/11 <br /> Increases period of time person is ineligible to receive hardship permit if person <br /> refused to take breath or blood test and person previously had been charged with <br /> HB 2185 3 Neutral offense of driving while under influence of intoxicants. 2/11 <br /> Moves oversight of vertical housing development zone program from Economic and <br /> Community Development Department to Housing and Community Services <br /> Department. Broadens definition of 'vertical housing development project' to include <br /> projects that have residential and nonresidential uses in any portion of project. <br /> Authorizes Housing and Community Services Department to establish criteria for <br /> determining when to certify property for partial property tax exemption. Encourages <br /> development of residential housing in vertical housing development project that is <br /> reserved for persons or families with limited income.
