Allows court to extend <br /> HB 2544 3 Support/Am time for parties to brief case for judicial review. 3/31 <br /> Directs school districts to adopt policies governing use of police officers and crisis <br /> teams to restrain or remove child with disability from school grounds. Sets <br /> HB 2571 3 Support/Am requirements for policies. 3/17 <br /> Imposes additional fines and suspension periods for person who commits certain <br /> HB 2586 3 Support/Am right-of-way offenses in vehicle. 3/31 <br /> Requires Director of Department of Environmental Quality to appoint Solid Waste <br /> Management Advisory Committee to review statewide material recovery goals and <br /> HB 2592 3 Oppose make recommendations. 3/17 <br /> Makes temporary fee schedule for hazardous waste disposal facilities permanent. <br /> Continuously appropriates moneys from portion of hazardous waste management <br /> fees to Department of Environmental Quality for certain hazardous waste <br /> HB 2593 3 Support management purposes. 3/17 <br /> Adds property of homeowners associations to category of property to which <br /> government entity may apply pesticide without first obtaining pesticide operator <br /> HB 2595 3 Oppose license or evidence of financial responsibility. 3~24 <br /> Establishes credit against income or corporate excise taxes for wage increases paid <br /> by employers to employees engaged in activities that constitute farm use, when <br /> increases are caused by increase in minimum wage. Limits credit to percentage of <br /> wage increases paid.
