2005 Legislative Session IGR Committee Bill Approval June 13, 2005 <br /> <br /> Allows counties to adopt ordinances regulating, restricting or prohibiting discharge of <br /> HB 2651 3 Support firearms within urban growth boundary. 4/07 <br /> Provides tax credit for certain expenses of home school education for eligible child. <br /> HB 2653 3 Oppose Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006. 4/07 <br /> Reduces fee collected by Secretary of State for document filing as part of <br /> secretary's business registry functions from $50 to $20. Repeals provision under <br /> which amount equal to $30 for each business registry filing is transferred from <br /> Operating Account to General Fund at end of each month. Repeals provision <br /> specifying that on July 1 of each year amount in Operating Account that exceeds <br /> amount necessary to administer certain business registry functions of Secretary of <br /> HB 2657 3 Oppose State for two months is transferred to General Fund. 4/07 <br /> Requires person discharging wastes into waters of state to mark area with buoys, <br /> markers or signs if discharge causes waters to violate standards for water quality or <br /> HB 2664 3 Monitor purity established by Environmental Quality Commission. 3/31 <br /> Increases amount certain witness is entitled to receive for each day's attendance and <br /> HB 2676 3 Support for mileage reimbursement. 4/07 <br /> Establishes credit against income taxes for amounts incurred in paying for medical <br /> care, including premiums paid for health insurance or health benefit plans.
