Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Haws abstaining. Res. No. 2938--Authorizing the instituton of proceedings in eminent domain for the acquisition of right-of-way for a bike and pedestrian path between Riverview Street and Augusta Street to the north of 26th Avenue East was read by number and title. Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, to adopt the resolution. Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Haws abstaining. IV. Public Hearing re: Water Withdrawals Jim Saul, planner, said both pieces of property have been annexed by order of the Boundary Commission and he was available to answer questions. Public hearing was held with no testimony presented. C.B. 1700--Authorizing withdrawal from Oakway Water District property located north and south of Holly and west of Gilham (Charles/ Prociw)(A/Z 77-14) CEU 78-29, was read by number and title, there being no Councilor present requesting it be read in full. Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be read the e second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be approved and given final passage. Roll call vote. All Councilors present voting aye, the bill was declared passed and numbered 18211. C.B. 1701--Authorizing withdrawal from Junction City Water Control District area north of Jessen Drive and west of Highway 99N (Blackstone) (A/Z 77-10) CEU 78-30, was read by number and title only, there being no Councilor present requesting it be read in full. Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be read the second time by council bill number only, with unanimous consent of the Council, and that enactment be considered at this time. Motion carried unanimously and the bill was read the second time by council bill number only. Mr. Hamel moved, seconded by Mr. Delay, that the bill be approved and given final passage.
