Mr. Kupper said that Mr. Fogelstrom designed his project <br />knowing that he had a public benefit requirement to meet, but that the <br />Project Advisory Committee review will be a new element to him. <br /> <br />Ms. Schue expressed Mr. Fogelstrom's complete cooperation at the JHC <br />1 eve 1 . <br /> <br />Res. No. 3165--Adopting amended and restated standards and guidelines for <br />processing applications for multiple-unit rental housing <br />local property tax exemptions was read by number and title. <br /> <br />Mr. Delay moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, to adopt the resolution. <br />Roll call vote. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />C. Public Works Bid Awards--Mr. Gilman said that there are a total of <br />nine bids awarded and corrected the amount budgeted for storm sewers <br />on Item 1 to $170,000. He said that the most important project is <br />No.5, Paving and Sidewalk on Cal Young Road to Willagillespie Road. <br /> <br />Public hearing was held, with no testimony presented. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Delay moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the low bids be <br />granted as listed by the staff. ORDINANCES FOR FIRST READING <br /> <br />CB 1905--Levying assessments for sanitary sewer on Willakenzie Road from <br />Cal Young Road to 520 feet north (1603) (78-32) was read by <br />council bill number and title only, there being no Councilor <br />present requesting it be read in full. <br /> <br />Mr. Delay moved, seconded by Ms. Smith, that the bill be read <br />the first time and be referred to Hearings Panel for hearing <br />June 18, 1979, with panel recommendations to be brought back <br />for Council consideration and final reading June 25, 1979. <br />The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CB 1906--Levying assessments for paving, storm sewer, and sidewalk in <br />Lewis Street from Van Buren Street to Jackson Street (1597) <br />(78-56) was read by council bill number and title only, there <br />being no Councilor present requesting it be read in full. <br /> <br />6/11/79--4 e <br /> <br />32.4 <br />
