Staff recommends the following amendment to the Resolution Adopting the FY06 Budget: <br /> <br />Amend Exhibit A qf the Resolution as follows: <br /> <br /> General Fund <br /> <br /> - Increase expenditure authority in the Central Services Department by $133,000 to increase the <br /> animal control contract with Lane County and decrease the Reserve for Revenue Shortfall by <br /> $133,000. <br /> <br /> - Decrease expenditure authority in the Central Services Department for River Road/Santa Clara <br /> Transition Services by $5,650 and increase expenditure in the Planning and Development <br /> Department by $5,650 to increase the newsletter budget to out-of-city residents in the River <br /> Road/Santa Clara neighborhoods. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTIONS <br />Move to adopt Resolution 4841 electing to receive state revenue sharing funds pursuant to Section <br />221.770 of Oregon Revised Statutes. <br /> <br />Move to adopt Resolution 4842 certifying that the City of Eugene provides the municipal services <br />required by Oregon Revised Statues Section 221.760. <br /> <br />Move to adopt Resolution 4843, amended for the City Manager's recommendations, adopting the <br />budget, making appropriations, determining, levying and categorizing the annual ad valorem property <br />tax levy for the City of Eugene for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />A.
